Brelengi Gompa is a fine example of modern Buddhist architecture. It is located in Brelengi village near Reckong Peo. This small monastery was constructed by society of Mahabodhi facilitating HH Dalai Lama to perform the Kalcharkra Ceremony. Close to the monastery you’ll find a 10 m tall idol of standing Buddha.
