Hi everyone,
I’m planning my first trip to Kullu and would love to know the must-visit places there. Apart from the usual spots, are there any hidden gems or less crowded places worth exploring?
Also, any suggestions for local food or experiences would be great.
For a first trip, Kullu has a nice mix of popular spots and hidden gems; must-visit places include Raghunath Temple, Bijli Mahadev Temple (great views after a short trek), and Beas riverside areas, while for less crowded places you can explore Naggar (peaceful with castle views) and Jana village known for natural beauty and waterfalls; for food, try local Himachali dishes like siddu, dham, and trout fish if you’re non-vegetarian, and overall the best experience comes from relaxing by the river, doing short village walks, and exploring local cafés.
