May and June are preferable as you will be able to witness greenery and snow together which makes the pass look like mini Switzerland. As for September and October, you’ll get to witness the beauty but the likeliness of snow being present is less. In these months the temperature of the Buran Ghati pass is around 5-12 degree Celsius during the day and 5 to -1 degree Celsius at night.
