Start early (around 8–9 AM). Manali to Solang takes about 30–40 minutes, then another 30–40 minutes to Atal Tunnel, and Sissu is just 10–15 minutes after the tunnel. Including stops and traffic, expect a full day trip of around 7–8 hours.
For time spending, keep it balanced but prioritize Sissu if you like peaceful views and photography. Solang is more for activities (paragliding, snow etc.), so you can spend 1–2 hours there, then move ahead. Sissu is more scenic and relaxed, so worth spending more time before heading back.
