Losar (Halda): Celebrated in December–January, this festival marks the Tibetan New Year and is characterized by community bonfires, folk songs, and dance. It is a time for religious activities, prayers, and feasting.
Gochi: This festival celebrates the birth of a son in the previous year and is primarily celebrated in the Bhaga Valley in February. Villagers gather for prayers and festivities that last into the wee hours of the night.
Phagli (Fagli, Kus, or Kuns): Also known as the Festival of Prosperity, Phagli is celebrated in the first half of February and is the most important festival of Pattan Valley. It involves decorating houses, lighting, and cooking delicious dishes.
Basant Panchami: This festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm in various temples of Kaza, particularly in the Krishna Temple at Naggar. It is dedicated to Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge and wisdom.
Labdagpa: This festival is celebrated by the village priest (Labdagpa) who worships the God with a bow and an arrow. It is a time for community gatherings, prayers, and feasting.
Dachang: A winter festival held for seven days to a month around late February and March, Dachang features dancers in traditional dress, sword dances, comic charades, and archery games.
Spiti Festival: Held annually in September, this festival is a well-organized event with cultural dances and performances by local schools and Buchans from Pin.
Namgan: A pre-harvest festival celebrated in August, Namgan involves riding without saddles and racing around the village. It is held in Demul, Langza, and Komic.
